Education and Research Unit

The Director of Education and Research Unit in a hospital oversees staff training, continuous professional development, and capacity building for healthcare workers. They coordinate and supervise medical research, ensure ethical standards, and promote evidence-based practice to improve patient care. They also build partnerships with training institutions, monitor education and research quality, and manage related programs and resources.

The Education and Research Unit Office comprises of the following 6 services:

  • CPD Coordination and Knowledge Management Officer
  • Nursing and Midwifery and Allied Health Sciences Programs Coordination Officer
  • Medical Post Graduate and Undergraduate Officer
  • Research and Grant Management Officer
  • Data Manager
  • Bio-Statistician
